Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to SkillProvenance Scan. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service scope

SkillProvenance Scan provides software-generated review evidence for agent skills, including provenance summaries, permission inventory, permission diffs, injection scan findings, allowlist workflow, upgrade advisories, and trust reports. The service is not legal advice, compliance certification, security certification, or a guarantee that a skill is safe.

Permitted use

You must have the right to upload, scan, or reference the skill files and repository URLs you submit. You may not use the service to submit unlawful content, malware, secrets you are not authorized to process, personal data without a lawful basis, or material that infringes third-party rights.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments. Annual billing receives the stated discount. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed by the payment provider. Network fees, exchange rates, payment processor rules, and blockchain confirmation times are outside our control.

Refunds and cancellations

Because the service provides digital scan capacity and generated reports, payments are generally non-refundable once a scan, report export, or substantial service access has been used. If you believe a payment error occurred, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days and we will review the request in good faith as required by applicable law.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before making install, security, legal, procurement, or operational decisions. You remain responsible for your agent environment, credentials, repositories, file systems, and any actions taken based on a report.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, pricing, features, or policies. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

The service, website, software, branding, and generated product UI are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed for us to provide and support the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, or business-interruption damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
